At Tool-Venture, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund terms below:

Lost or Damaged Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or is marked as lost in transit, you are eligible for a full refund. However, these items do not need to be returned.

  • To qualify for a refund, claims must be submitted through email within 14 days of the delivery date, or the last tracking update.
  • After the 14 day window, refunds will no longer be issued for lost or damaged items.
  • When emailing us, please provide proof of the order being damaged such as a picture if applicable, if not applicable then please provide us a detailed description of the damage.

Delivered Orders:

All orders that have been successfully delivered are considered final and non-returnable.

  • While returns are not accepted, refunds are still issued under specific circumstances listed above.
